5 Conclusion By integrating analyses of the secant modulus, tangent modulus, and hyperelastic constitutive modeling, this study systematically elucidates that: the biomechanical reinforcement effect of the cornea shows an increasing trend with higher UVA irradiance, whereas the sclera exhibits a non-monotonic dose-effect relationship, with peak reinforcement at 15 mW/cm 2 followed by a decline at 30 mW/cm 2 , indicating an optimal intensity window for scleral cross-linking.
