There was a notable trend toward lower mortality in all patients treated after August 2024, when ALC-directed dexamethasone prophylaxis and more stringent bridging therapy were instituted (intervention vs preintervention; HR, 0.221; P = .1627). 8 ALC expansion was the only correlate found to have a statistically significant impact on the likelihood of developing atypical neurologic events (odds ratio, 6.8; P = .0157; Figure 4 ).
