Elevated quantitative IHC scoring revealed an increasing trend in FBXO44 positivity from normal adjacent tissues (AT) (FBXO44 positive rate: 7.5%) to primary tumor tissues (PR) (FBXO44 positive rate: 22%) and metastatic lymph nodes (MLN) (FBXO44 positive rate: 18.6%), with the highest expression observed in distant metastases (M1 stage positive rate was 37.8%) (Fig. 1 B).
