On the other hand, the influence of digital capabilities was highly significant with a t-magnitude of (5.320) at (β = 0.277), and Sig-level 0.000, which confirms that employees’ ownership of technical capabilities as well as digital competencies contributes significantly to elevating the level of productive organizational energy and improving performance effectiveness.
