In comparison, the mean % dd-cfDNA level was also significantly associated with death and severe CLAD/death (adjusted HR 1.36, 95% CI 1.04-1.80, p = 0.027) but showed a nonsignificant trend when predicting moderate-to-severe CLAD or death ( Table 2 ).
