Quantitative analysis of RT-qPCR data revealed that, in breast cancer (BC) samples relative to control samples, PGR exhibited a 0.649-fold expression change with a non-significant difference (p = 0.0599); CD14 showed a 0.459-fold reduction with a highly significant difference (p = 0.0002); PPARG displayed a 0.480-fold downregulation with a significant difference (p = 0.0012); CHRM1 presented a 0.515-fold decrease with a significant difference (p = 0.0034); and HTR3A had a negligible 1.026-fold expression alteration with no statistical significance (p = 0.1223).
