Both the prevalence of resistance to at least one antiretroviral agent and the average prevalence of resistance by drug class mildly decreased in 2025 compared with 2024, and compared with previous findings (average prevalence of resistance by drug class of 5.9% in 2022–2023) [ 6 ], the average prevalence of resistance by drug class for each year shows a decreasing trend to 3.2% (p=0.039), indicating a stabilizing trend.
