Among 188 KPC-producing CRKP strains, multivariate analysis identified that traT (aHR = 3.12; p = 0.05, borderline significant) and capsular types (p = 0.02) were independently associated with 30-day all-cause mortality, irrespective of ceftazidime-avibactam usage (aHR = 0.38; p = 0.002), pneumonia (aHR = 1.84; p = 0.01), Pitt score (aHR = 1.27; p < 0.001) and traJ presence (aHR = 1.96; p = 0.48) (Table 5 ).
