More specifically, a decreasing trend of equivalent diameter over passage number is observed in the case of HepG2, ADSCs and SH‐SY5Y (see Figure 3B,D,E ), suggesting that cells cultured in monolayers may gradually shrink as a function of the number of detachment‐plating cycles they undergo.
