By comparing the elemental distribution maps of samples with different nominal doping amounts, it can be seen that as the nominal Cl doping amount ( x ) increases, the depth of the light-blue region gradually deepens, indicating that the detected amount of Cl element in the actual samples shows an increasing trend.
