Although the income gradient was directionally consistent across all eight countries for both profiles examined, statistical significance for the moderate profile (11121) was sensitive to the threshold used: the comfortable-versus-difficult income coefficient reached p < 0.05 in six countries, was marginally significant at p < 0.10 in Canada, and was not statistically significant in the Netherlands.
