Notably, our SMA analyses revealed significant differences in elevations (intercepts) between lineages for all traits, and a marginally significant difference in slope for style length, suggesting that the scaling relationships between GS and these traits differ between lineages, as reported in recent studies (e.g., Jiang et al., 2026 ).
