Notably, the time from injury to referral (days) showed a positive trend toward increased risk (Mean = 0.022), but its interval (HDI: [−0.004, 0.050]) also contained zero, suggesting that in this surgical cohort, the protective effect of the intervention (SWOP) outweighed the impact of referral delays.
