Immunofluorescence assays showed that the colocalization of Drp1 and p-Drp1 (Ser616) with mitochondria in the three inhibitor-treated groups showed a decreasing trend compared with that in Kisspeptin + DHT group, in particular, there was a significant statistical difference between the FK506 group and the Kisspeptin + DHT group, but p-Drp1 Ser637 was not significantly changed among these groups (Fig. 5 .-E ~ G).
