Participants in the Bayesian group demonstrated a nonsignificant trend toward perceiving the evidence in the abstract to be of slightly lower quality, but these results were not conclusive (mean rating in frequentist vs Bayesian group: 3.68 vs 3.53; P = .10; Cohen’s d = 0.18).
