The MEturquoise module, identified as an immune-associated metabolic network, was enriched in cytokine–receptor interaction, NF-κB signaling, taurine metabolism, chemokine and cytokine activity, G-protein–coupled receptor signaling, and highly significant immune system processes (Fig. 3i ), exhibiting strong positive correlations in WD_EA, pβG_EA, and pLPS_EA.
