In contrast, male sex, allogeneic HSCT, hypertension, diabetes, BMI ≥ 25, and smoking were not independently associated, although hypertension showed a nonsignificant trend toward increased risk (OR 1.34; 95% CI 0.98–1.82; p = 0.07) ( Table 8 , Figure 4 ).
