However, it should be noted that the investigator-assessed EFS analysis showed a favorable trend for pirtobrutinib compared with ibrutinib across all three populations (Fig 1 ), consistent with EFS by IRC (Fig 2 ) and consistent with the overall efficacy findings reported in the manuscript.
