The results showed that the mRNA levels of NSF1, ISCU, FXN, NFU1 and ACO2 all had a decreasing trend after adding Cu-MOF@ELS, indicating that Fe-S cluster synthesis was inhibited, which is consistent with the results of enzyme activity detection experiments.
