From a clinical perspective, higher levels of integrated regulation were associated with approximately 687 additional daily steps and 111 additional minutes of total physical activity; however, the association narrowly missed statistical significance ( p = 0.054), whereas higher self‐determination was associated with approximately 13 fewer sedentary minutes per day.
