In the present study, exploratory survival analyses suggested a possible trend toward improved PFS and OS in the prehabilitation group; however, these findings must be interpreted with caution: The study was neither designed nor powered to detect survival differences, and the low number of events (four among 34 patients) introduces substantial statistical uncertainty and wide confidence intervals.
