The only variable that showed an almost significant correlation with p-tau231 was age (R = 0.2267, p-value = 0.0538. 6.2. dFC increases along with p-tau231 values over orbitofrontal and temporal areas While sFC strength values did not correlate significantly with p-tau231 values in any of the studied frequency bands, a cluster of significant correlation between dFC and p-tau231 emerged in the low alpha frequency band (p-value = 0.0460).
