A comparative evaluation of the adsorption performance, as presented in Table 4 , demonstrates that the developed CSAC composite exhibits a moderate yet practically significant adsorption capacity (9.1 mg g −1 ) in relevance to a wide range of the reported adsorbents for oily wastewater treatment.
