Finally, most of the studies included in this systematic review were conducted in developing countries, with only three in developed countries, so there may be significant research gaps between countries or regions. 7 Conclusions This review identifies key barriers and facilitators to cervical cancer screening among WLWH, including individual factors (risk perception, understanding of health, family responsibilities, trust in HIV care), systemic barriers (symptom burden, fear, privacy concerns, gaps in knowledge, negative healthcare experiences, financial, and logistical constraints), and social factors (stigma, socioeconomic status).
