Greater efforts are needed to ensure that all dental students receive adequate and standardized career guidance, facilitating their smooth integration into the job market and postgraduate training programs. A key finding of this study is that receiving career guidance from dental schools was a highly significant predictor of dental students' interest in pursuing postgraduate studies.
