In this model, D1H-B% (OR 1.053, 95% CI 1.020–1.086, P = 0.001) and BMI (OR 1.211, 95% CI 1.016–1.443, P = 0.033) remained significantly associated with postoperative complications, whereas preH-B% showed a positive trend but did not reach conventional statistical significance (OR 1.023, 95% CI 0.996–1.052, P = 0.096).
