At 90 days post-PFF injection, QSAA analysis revealed a highly significant reduction in α-Syn accumulation across multiple brain regions, particularly evident in the bilateral striatum, and cortex of PLX5622-treated mice compared to vehicle -treated controls (Fig. 6 F).
