We identified 1025 genes that were scored as highly significant and categorized them into the following expression profiles: genes that were only enriched in mesenchymal cells (designated as M); genes that were only enriched in transitional cells (designated as T); and genes that were only enriched in MD epithelial cells (designated as E).
