An immunophenotypic classification that defined the top tertile of iTIL scores as the immune‐inflamed subtype produced a favorable trend in PFS for the immune‐inflamed group, whereas OS did not differ significantly (HR, 0.70; 95% CI, 0.46–1.06; p = 0.09 for PFS; HR, 1.00; 95% CI, 0.61–1.63; p = 0.99 for OS) (Figure 4B ).
