Sex‐stratified expression of miR‐15a, miR‐15b, and miR‐16 in the female cohort showed a nonsignificant trend toward lower expression in the cancer subgroup (Fig. 3A–C , left panels, respectively), whereas the corresponding male comparisons showed no such trend (Fig. 3A–C , right panels).
