In CSF, ctDNA dynamics appeared to stratify by response outcome: patients with complete response/partial response (CR/PR) at both first assessment (at week 6) and best intracranial response showed low baseline ctDNA levels with a declining trend, whereas those with stable disease (SD) at both time points demonstrated relatively high baseline levels or an increasing trend ( Figure 4 C).
