After co-culturing compound EPI and bacteria respectively, the ATP metabolism level of bacteria showed a decreasing trend with the increase of EPI concentration, which means that the ATP activity decreased with the increase of the concentration of the drug used, and thus compound EPI has a certain inhibitory effect on bacterial ATP ( Fig. 3 B).
