Notably, while free ICG and ICG-P groups showed a decreasing trend over time in ventral skin, the ICG-C3 group maintained relatively constant signals throughout the 10-minute observation window (Fig. 3 D), suggesting its potential to prolong retention in the dermal layer by mitigating rapid clearance mechanisms.
