The results indicate that, for students with lower psychological resilience (Low psychological resilience: M–1SD), rest intolerance has a significant positive predictive effect on campus-based physical activity (simple slope = 0.104, t = 5.958, p < 0.001); for students with high psychological resilience (High psychological resilience: M+1SD), the positive predictive effect of rest intolerance regarding campus-based physical activity reached marginal significance (simple slope = 0.028, t = 1.962, p = 0.050).
