Notably, microgreens and microleaves were cultivated without applying artificial heating to the greenhouse; thus, an increasing trend in temperature certainly occurred from the winter to the spring cycle, as clearly evidenced in Figure S6 , which reports average, maximum and minimum daily temperature values recorded inside the greenhouse during the two cultivation cycles.
