The analysis reveals a highly significant correlation among GABA, GAD, total N3, total N6, total SFA, total MUFA, glutamate, proline, and various volatile compounds, including 2‐Methyl‐1‐propanol dimer, 1‐Hydroxy‐2‐propanone, 3,5‐Dimethylpyrazine, 2‐Methylbutan‐1‐ol dimer, acetone, 3‐Hydroxy‐2‐butanone, ethanol, pyrrolidine, 2‐Nonanone, 3‐Methyl propanoic acid, and 3‐Methyl‐1‐pentanol.
