In a multivariate logistic regression model, Asian American race and lower educational attainment were associated with significantly lower odds (adjusted OR, 0.42; 95% CI, 0.26-0.69; and adjusted OR, 0.74; 95% CI, 0.56-0.98, respectively) of annual adherence with LCS after adjustment for age, sex, smoking status, and COPD ( e-Table 3 , Table 4 ) The likelihood ratio statistic is 26.20 and is highly significant ( P = .0019), thus refuting the null hypothesis that all coefficients are simultaneously insignificant and supporting that variables included in the model are important determinants of LCS adherence ( Table 4 ).
