The analysis results indicate that for different HIV-1 subtypes, as the VL rises, all the three testing systems exhibited an increasing trend in inter-laboratory precision ( Table 5 , Figure 4 ), with CVs spanning from <2% at high concentrations to ~16% for low-level samples (100 IU/mL).
