Black non-Hispanic female youth showed a comparable rise in magnitude (AAPC +11.7%; 95% CI −1.7 to +27.0; P =.08), falling just outside the conventional threshold for statistical significance and constituting a notable trend warranting close epidemiological surveillance despite the wide CI.
