The levels of Hb remained stable, with a decreasing trend in MCH and MCHC at high levels of SBM replacement, especially when replaced by PO, probably related to the reduction in nutrient availability detected without compromising oxygen transport or immunity [ 108 , 109 ], consistent with previous studies on Pleurotus spp. supplementation in rainbow trout and Nile tilapia ( O. niloticus ) [ 110 , 111 ].
