Postoperatively, Group M showed a significant anxiety reduction (mean score: 39.16), while Group C's anxiety increased (mean score: 62.97), with a highly significant difference (p < 0.001) (Table 2) Patient satisfaction scores were significantly higher in Group M (very satisfied: 81.3%) compared with Group C (very satisfied: 53.1%) (p = 0.018) whereas proportion of patients with dissatisfied / Very dissatisfied were significantly higher in group C as compared to group M(p=<0.001).
