However, this was not significant for the three other longer term triennial strata between year 4 to 12 (all p > 0.20), but the odds ratio for the 12-year cumulative conversion to dementia remained highly significant (0–12 years (OR = 1.75, 95% CI: 1.51–2.02, p = 8.72 · 10−14; AUC = 0.66; sensitivity = 0.66; specificity = 0.59) as shown by the last data point in Fig. 4D (which also plotted the OR of annual cumulative conversion).
