Head trauma exhibited a decreasing trend, declining from 369 cases (26.1%) to 337 cases (25.4%), and subsequently to 266 cases (21.3%). intracranial hemorrhage, stroke, and head trauma are common conditions encountered in neurosurgical practice; therefore, it is essential to promptly identify patients who progress to brain death despite intensive treatment and to collaborate with organ procurement organizations to facilitate reporting and dontaion discussions.
