We found similar outcomes for high and low tumour-infiltrating T-lymphocytes groups in terms of 5-year overall survival ( p = 0.46) ( Figure 1 ), 5-year disease-specific survival ( p = 0.88) ( Figure 2 ) and 5-year disease-free survival ( p = 0.73) ( Figure 3 ), although there was a slight trend towards improved survival in the high tumour-infiltrating T-lymphocytes group.
