The single (hemizygous) male X chromosome has a large grey region (highly significant LOH p values), many blue dots (AA and BB calls) few heterozygous (red) points, and an apparent copy number loss (typically in the range 0.8–1.8) relative to chromosome 22 and relative to the female X chromosomes.
