In addition to the stand out case of AG, it was seen that highly significant biases exist toward TC and CT and against AA, GA, and GG in the mod-EZ 1 regions; that there is substantially significant bias towards TA and CA; that there is marginally significant bias toward TG and against GC and AT; and that there is no significant bias for AC, CC, CG, GT and TT.
