Every probe-set gets a rank from 0 to 9, where 9 means that probe-set was highly significant in all three normalization method, 3 means that probe-set was medium significant in all three methods or highly significant in only one method, 0 means that probe-set reached significance level in none of the three chosen methods (Figure 2 ).
