The performance of the older children was significantly better on all tasks except two measures – the apparent motion 2-dot/4-dot detection task which showed a trend toward significance, and the length discrimination task – whether believed to target specifically dorsal-M functioning, general parietal cortex functioning, or ventral (P) functioning when compared to older (CA) normally reading children.
