Rates of DCVG formation, although lower than those in rat hepatocytes by approximately 2- to 3-fold, were not so low or difficult to detect that one would con- clude that flux through the GSH conjugation pathway is too low to account for a measur- able and possibly significant portion of total TCE metabolism.
