We find significant differences in the patterns of hydrocarbon abundance in these clusters in LD (12 hours light-12 hours dark) and in DD (constant darkness), significant differences for two clusters in day versus night abundance, and highly significant cyclical components in the 24 hour variation whose frequencies vary between clusters and between LD and DD.
